The pattern consists of a dense, allover repeating interlocking chain-link or lattice design — rounded rectangular links arranged in a diagonal grid, rendered in crisp cream-white against the blue ground. Where the links intersect, small square knot-like junctions appear, adding a nautical rope or woven-chain quality to the motif. The pile is smooth and low-medium, with a machine-woven surface texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
