A rectangular area rug with an allover abstract distressed design featuring irregular rectangular and square blocks of color loosely arranged across the surface, resembling a deconstructed patchwork or weathered fresco. The dominant colors are slate blue and steel gray, with secondary areas of warm rust, burnt orange, and golden tan scattered throughout on a light cream-white base. The surface has a faded, worn quality — colors bleed and blur at the edges of each block, giving the impression of aged paint or washed-out pigment. The pile is low and smooth with a tight machine-woven texture, giving the surface a flat, even appearance. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
