A rectangular low-pile area rug with a classic Persian medallion design in a distressed, faded finish. The dominant color is deep rust-red with warm brown undertones, covering the majority of the field. A large central medallion in faded cream and slate blue anchors the composition, surrounded by dense allover floral scrollwork and smaller secondary medallions in muted tones of cream, blue, and burgundy. The border features multiple ornate bands with intricate floral and vine motifs in complementary earth tones. The overall surface has a deliberately worn, sun-bleached appearance with color variation that mimics an aged antique rug. The pile is very low and smooth with a tight machine-woven texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The rug is rectangular in shape.
