I absolutely love this rug! The quality is fabulous and feels super soft on your feet. Still decorating my new place but this is the definite staple! ! Total Anthropologie/Free People look without the price tag!!

Beautiful rug, but arrive dirty & damp

I absolutely love the design & texture of this rug! Unfortunately, when it arrived, the packaging (it comes wrapped only in plastic) was torn & the rug itself was wet/dirty. When I contacted customer service, their only solution was to mail it back, which, for a 7’x9” rug would have been a truly daunting task (plus, it was needed for a birthday room makeover). The rug still looks great, but it was pricey for something dirty & damaged. Their customer service could definitely use some improvements.
