Ordered a 5x7 and 12x2 runner for my entryway and hallway off entryway. Love the thickness and coziness of these rugs and the color, which is a bit darker than I had thought but like them to hide the dirt and doghair. Excellent customer service on getting info to track my first time order of 4 rugs. Delivery was exceptional. Courteous and informative and delivered right into my entryway! The rug is beautiful. It is Super soft and comfortable under foot. The color is exactly as pictured. Beautiful creamy off whites, medium grey with touches of dark grey almost black. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because by looking at the pictures I thought the rug would be textured with different pile heights and it was not. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I’ve only had this rug for a few weeks, but it’s very bright in appearance meaning it opens the room up and makes it feel roomy and cheery. The rug is also very soft. I’m very satisfied with it! It’s unique. The rug surface is not flat, or all the same height which adds interest.
