- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.
- Use a blunt instrument to scrape off any food or debris gently.
- Create a mixture of a minimal amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. Employ this mix and a clean sponge to remove the remainder of the stain.
- After cleaning, blot the area with a dry towel to remove any excess moisture.

A rectangular area rug composed entirely of horizontal bands in varying shades of blue — from deep navy to medium cornflower blue to soft gray-blue. Each band features a distinct geometric motif: rows of small triangles, elongated oval or diamond chain links, bold V-shaped chevrons, and fine lattice or dot patterns. One central band has a slightly washed, distressed appearance with a faded, cloud-like texture that contrasts with the crisper patterned bands above and below. The surface is smooth and machine-woven with a low-to-medium pile, giving it a flat, refined texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
