Maintaining synthetic fiber rugs involves the following steps:
- Start by blotting out as much of the stain as possible using a dry cotton or white paper towel.

A rectangular machine-woven area rug with a cool gray and cream color palette. The design features multiple horizontal bands of distinct geometric patterns stacked across the full width of the rug — including rows of small chevron zigzags, elongated diamond shapes, delicate vertical linear motifs, and fine dotted or dashed lines.
