A rectangular hand-knotted area rug with a deep cobalt-to-denim blue field covering the majority of the surface. The field is filled with an all-over traditional Persian floral pattern featuring large stylized botanical medallions, scrolling vine work, and geometric floral rosettes in cream, red, blush pink, sage green, warm brown, and dark plum. A wide cream/ivory border surrounds the field, decorated with its own intricate floral scrollwork in muted reds, greens, and browns.
