Product Care
Product Care
Follow these steps to keep your shag rugs looking their best:
- Use a wool-approved product in combination with spray extraction for cleaning.
- Note that shedding is a normal occurrence for shag rugs and will decrease over time. Avoid pulling the yarn out as it may cause rug damage.
- For effective cleaning, opt for canister vacuums without a beater bar. Vacuums that have beater bars and/or brushes, or those set too low, may potentially damage the rug's surface.

Soft, plush, and effortlessly boho — the Monarch rug layers Moroccan trellis geometry in warm cream and tan for a cozy, textured look that works anywhere.
- Plush 1.1" pile — luxuriously soft underfoot
- Warm cream and tan Moroccan trellis pattern
- Machine woven from 100% polyester for durability
- Versatile neutral palette suits boho, farmhouse, and modern spaces
- Repeating geometric bands with diamond and oval motifs
- Recommended with a rug pad for extra cushioning and grip
A rectangular plush area rug with a warm cream base and earthy tan geometric pattern. The design is organized in horizontal bands, each featuring a different repeating motif: rows of diamond lattice trellis, rows of large oval/circle outlines, rows of small pendant-like drop shapes, and thin linear dividers — all creating a layered, Moroccan-tribal rhythm across the surface. The tan pattern lines are medium-weight and clearly defined against the cream ground. The pile is thick and visibly fluffy with a soft, slightly textured shag surface. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall impression is warm, soft, and intricately patterned without being busy.
