This is my third rug from this company, and this one is probably my least favorite. The reason for this is not a soft rug and the pattern is not as appealing to me once it arrived. I do like the price point of the rug though.

The Auchtermuchty rug was my first order from Boutique rugs. The rug was carefully packaged in waterproof packaging that was easy to remove. I was a tad bit concerned when I laid the rug out that the edges were curled and wouldn't lie down. I gently walked the perimeter of the rug and it flattened out immediately. The rug is viscose and has a very luxurious feel under your feet. It reads expensive and is silky to the touch but durable. I've settled for rugs before, but this is precisely the clean, neutral look I wanted to achieve. I love the look of RH rugs, but not the price, this gives an RH vibe, sans the high price. I expected to be disappointed, but my expectations have been exceeded. This rug is a show-stopper.
