Change you roll!!!

I realize your rugs are very economical, hence my purchase of three runners - but the direction that you roll them and the material they are made of, makes them not want to lay down flat on the ends. If you rolled them the other way, the bowing would be toward the floor and furniture would help to go flat.

Beware! This rug color is not at all close to what is represented in the pictures. It is a much darker shade of green with dark beige accents. Not even close to being accurate description. And customer service was less than helpful in trying to make return. First and last purchase from Boutique Rugs. Worst online shopping experience ever.

love the rug, I just cant get the wrinkles out. Tried everything. Will not buy from Boutique Rugs again. A product with that quality should not be sent. With Covid19, I am unable to ship back at this time.
