A rectangular high-pile area rug with an abstract watercolor-style design. The base field is a medium cool gray with a linen-like textured surface. A large sweeping shape in denim to slate blue cuts diagonally across the center of the rug, flanked by soft white cloud-like forms on the upper right. A warm taupe-brown irregular shape occupies the upper left quadrant, and deep charcoal-black brushstroke forms appear along the lower center and left edges. The overall effect mimics a loose, gestural abstract painting — no hard edges, all shapes blending softly into the gray ground. The pile appears dense and slightly shaggy, giving the surface a soft, lived-in texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels.
