- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

A rectangular high-pile area rug with an allover abstract, brushstroke-style pattern. The dominant color is medium-to-cool gray, covering roughly half the surface, with warm amber, burnt orange, and mustard tones streaking through in irregular vertical and diagonal flows — resembling a weathered, painterly canvas or aged stone surface. Darker charcoal patches appear in clusters, and lighter beige-cream areas provide subtle contrast.
