A rectangular area rug featuring bold vertical stripe bands running the full length of the rug in a rich, painterly abstract style. The stripes blend purple, deep blue, hot pink, warm brown, olive green, burnt orange, yellow-green, and red, with white threading woven throughout the entire surface creating a slightly distressed, crosshatch texture. The colors bleed softly into one another rather than having crisp edges, giving the rug an impressionistic, almost watercolor quality.
