A rectangular flatweave-style area rug with a dominant deep chocolate brown ground and irregular, organic horizontal stripes in soft cream-white running across the full width of the rug. The stripes vary slightly in thickness and have a hand-drawn, slightly wavy quality rather than perfectly straight lines, giving the pattern a natural, relaxed feel. The pile is extremely low and flat — almost like a woven textile — with a smooth, tight machine-woven surface texture. The edges are finished with a fine serged or bound border in a coordinating tone. The overall impression is of a warm, understated, modern-casual rug with an earthy, natural palette.
