- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

The palm fronds are oversized and loosely arranged across the field in an organic, flowing layout — some fronds sweep diagonally, others fan outward, creating a relaxed botanical feel. The pattern is tone-on-tone, with minimal contrast between the background and the motifs, giving it a subtle, woven-in appearance rather than a printed look.
