- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

Large circular medallion-style blooms in rust, terracotta, and golden yellow are scattered across the field, interspersed with smaller floral sprigs, curved leaf motifs, and paisley-like scrollwork in dusty blue, soft gray, and muted orange. The pattern is dense and organic, with no formal border — motifs float freely across the cream background giving it a garden-scattered feel.
