- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

A rectangular area rug with a warm ivory and cream base covered in an allover tropical botanical pattern of sweeping fern and palm frond branches. The leaf motifs are rendered in four distinct colors — slate blue-gray, burnt orange, golden yellow, and soft rust — distributed organically across the surface in large, flowing arcs that overlap and layer. The leaves are elongated ovals arranged along curved stems, giving the design a loose, nature-inspired movement. The pile is very low and flat with a smooth, tight machine-woven texture. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. At a glance, the rug reads as a lush, multicolor botanical print on a light neutral ground.
