A rectangular area rug on a white/off-white ground featuring bold horizontal abstract brushstrokes layered across the full width of the rug. The dominant strokes are in rich cobalt blue and deep navy blue, varying in thickness and opacity to create a painterly, watercolor-like effect. Interspersed between the blue strokes are warm beige, tan, and soft gold horizontal bands, along with lighter gray and muted sage-green strokes near the top. The brushstrokes have rough, feathered edges that bleed into the white background, giving the impression of actual paint on canvas. The pile is low and smooth with a machine-woven surface texture.
