A rectangular area rug with an extremely dense, plush shag pile approximately 2 inches in height. The surface is a tone-on-tone gray — predominantly medium gray with scattered darker charcoal flecks woven throughout, creating subtle visual texture without any distinct pattern. From a distance the rug reads as a clean, uniform solid gray; up close the mixed fiber tones give it a slightly heathered, organic depth. The pile is cut and stands upright, giving the surface a thick, cloud-like appearance. Edges are cleanly bound with no fringe or tassels. The overall shape is a standard rectangle with a flat, smooth perimeter. The rug has a heavy, substantial look consistent with its 2-inch thickness.
