To maintain the look and longevity of your outdoor rugs, adhere to the following instructions:
- Use a dry cotton or white paper towel to blot out as much of the stain as possible.
- Gently scrape off any food or debris using a dull instrument.
- Prepare a cleaning solution of a small amount of dish soap mixed with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and this soap mixture, clean the remainder of the stain and allow it to dry.
- For comprehensive cleaning, apply a mixture of soap and water and spray over the rug, then rinse off using a garden hose.

The rug is framed by a wide decorative border composed of evenly spaced vertical pinstripes alternating between navy blue and white/cream, running along all four sides. The corners of the border feature mitered stripe detailing where the stripes meet at 45-degree angles. The overall texture appears smooth and tightly woven with a very low, almost flat profile.
