Low quality rug!

Nice rug, but it’s very thin and cheap like. We bought this rug to replace one from wayfair that did not match our decor anymore and the one from wayfair you can tell is a better material/quality. Even our cheap small area rug from IKEA is better quality. The edges are becoming fussy(threads are coming undone) and we’ve only had it for less than 2 weeks. We’ve had our wayfair & ikea ones for two years. Adding photos of our ikea rug next to it so you can see what I’m talking about on the edges. Will not be purchasing from here again, but giving it a 3 star because it is a beautiful rug just cheap and terrible material.

Even pretty than the pictures online. The cream and charcoal colors go great with our bathroom colors and the large runner size was the perfect fit along our bank of cabinets/sinks. Going to order the small size to go in front of our shower. Arrived sooner than expected too. The bumps from being rolled up for delivery are still settling, but love it already!

Love the 7’10” x 10” Michie area rug in my dining room! It looks amazing and goes well with my decor. The color was well expected like the shared photos. I’m so happy with my Michie area rug, it defines my dining space, adds warmth and comfort, and looks amazing just in time for the holidays!

Q: How do I get the wrinkles out!
A: Hi Jean, It is not uncommon to experience wrinkles and roll marks during the initial period after unpacking the item. The wrinkles will disappear in time with regular use. Here is some additional method you may kindly utilize to expedite this process. You may stretch the rug, tightly roll it to the opposite side and leave it rolled for a while, and if needed you may repeat that step a few times. Steaming with a damp towel between the rug and the steaming machine/iron will be especially effective. Q: What is the best method for cleaning this rug?
A: Hi Nicole, With a dry cotton towel or white paper towel, blot out the stain as much as possible. Scrape off any food or debris with a dull instrument. Mix a very small amount of dish soap with a cup of cold water. With a clean sponge and soap mix (avoid using excessive water), gently remove the remainder of the stain and then blot the area with a dry towel. Avoid excessive heat or agitation, as wool rugs are more prone to bleeding and staining than synthetic rugs. We recommend using a professional rug cleaner on an annual basis.
