My new rug is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. It's of great quality and looked as displayed on the website. A couple of the corners turned up a bit, but with some rug tape, it's not a problem. I just love it!

This rug was a great compliment to our dark floors & cream color sectional. It really tied everything together and looked like it truly belongs with the room. Thin enough to not overwhelm the floors and soft to walk on. Super happy with it!

Beautiful but not as pictured

I was really excited to purchase this rug, and took the plunge because of the free shipping on returns. The rug arrived and looked so different from the photos that at first I was sure I'd been sent the wrong one. But it was the right rug, just much cooler tones than pictured. If you're looking for warm tones this is not your rug. But it is a very beautiful rug with some teal and pretty purple tones. Also, I was able to easily return it with no hassle at all and get a full refund. For that reason, I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to others. I also kept the rug pad because I felt the customer service and return policy deserved at least some of my dollars even if the rug itself wasn't the right one.
