Beautiful but not like expected.

I really loved the look of this rug when I first saw the photos. The rug I received is shaggy in different areas of the pattern and not what I expected. While it is still a beautiful design coverall, I was hoping for a rug that was one consistent level and not so much shag. The ones in the product photos and reviews make it look flatter/one level than it is in real life.
